Name (Previous Rank)
|Nate Schierholtz (1)||With Fred Lewis cooling off in the majors, can Schierholtz (6 for 17, 6 runs scored, 5 RBI in last four games) be held out of the majors much longer?
|Adam Cowart (5)||Cowart bounced back from a mediocre month by taking a perfect game into the 7th inning in a big game.
|Henry Sosa (7)||Sosa remains remarkably consistent in the SAL, and struck out a season high 8 last Sunday despite pitching just five innings.
|Eugenio Velez (NR)||Velez is back in the minors, and has quickly moved to the front of Connecticut's offense. Admittingly, that's not a high bar, but he has been very good.
|Dave McKae (NR)||McKae gets the call, and gets promoted from San Jose out to Connecticut. Can he keep up his ace-like performance there?
|Ben Snyder (2)||Snyder has fallen on hard times, giving up seven runs in his combined last two games. That his ERA is still just 2.30 is a testament to his incredible start to the year.
|Brian Bocock (NR)||Bocock may have set up his own fall off this list previously, after stealing so many bases so early and then cooling off. But he's become hot again in San Jose, though speed is less of his game now.
|Scott Munter (6)||Benitez has been traded, and while the Giants got another reliever in return, there may be a spot open in a bullpen in flux. Might Munter step up....
|Pat Misch (8)||...or might it be Pat Misch? Both have had strong years, but have had a couple of poor outings in the past week.
|Taylor Wilding (10)||Wilding remains the consistent back end of San Jose's bullpen, but he wasn't needed much in the past week. He hasn't had a save since May 17th.
