In today's Winter Ball Roundup: Happy (Orange and) Black Friday! Belt shuts it down. Peguero extends streak to seven. Matos perfect again in the DR. Graham and Christian eerily similar in Mexico. Sanchez goes yard in the VWL.

Games played Wednesday, November 23.

DOMINICAN WINTER LEAGUE

Brandon Belt has officially wrapped up his winter campaign, as tweeted by wife Haylee. Brandon is back home for the Thanksgiving holiday and getting started on his offseason. The 23-year-old finished up hitting an even .300 (30-for-100) with eight doubles, three homers, 14 runs and 11 RBI. Belt showed us something important in the DWL, something we (and he) didn't see too much of in 2011 -- he showed consistency.

Francisco Peguero extended his hit streak to seven games Wednesday, going 1-for-4 with a strikeout. For the winter season, Peguero is hitting .264 (23-for-87) for the Gigantes de Cibao.

Another day, another scoreless inning for Osiris Matos of the Toros del Este. Matos allowed one hit and struck out three, dropping his season ERA to 1.35.

Juan Perez went 1-for-4 with a pair of strikeouts Wednesday for the Aguilas Cibaenas, dropping his season average to .306 (33-for-108). Perez has been struggling of late, hitting just .184 (7-for-38) in his last 10 contests.

MEXICAN PACIFIC LEAGUE

Justin Christian homered for the second straight game for the Caneros de Los Mochis Wednesday, and for the second straight game it was the 31-year-old's only hit. Christian went 1-for-5, slugging the solo homer and striking out once.

Tyler Graham also homered Wednesday for the Tomateros de Culiacan, also a solo shot, and it was also his only hit for the game. The 27-year-old struck out twice, however.

VENEZUELAN WINTER LEAGUE

Hector Sanchez was a bit off on Wednesday, he only had one hit in four at-bats -- but that hit happened to be his fifth long ball of the winter. Sanchez also walked once and scored twice for the Tiburones de La Guaira.

Ehire Adrianza got the start at short for the Tiburones de La Guaira, going 0-for-3 with a pair of strikeouts. However, as we've come to expect, the 22-year-old was solid with the glove, combining with his middle infield partner on two double plays.

AUSTRALIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE

No games in the ABL Wednesday, nothing to report.

PUERTO RICAN WINTER LEAGUE

Johnny Monell had another night of Wednesday for the Criollos de Caguas.
