ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE - Scottsdale 3, Phoenix 2

Brandon Crawford was a big part of Friday's win for Scottsdale, going 2-for-4 with an RBI. In extending his hitting streak to an impressive 16 games, Crawford raised his average to .320 (24-for-75).

Joe Panik was also key in the victory for the Scorps. While batting in the two spot ahead of Crawford, Panik went 2-for-4 himself with a run and a double, raising his AFL average to .316 (25-for-79). Joe also turned two double plays, one in combination with Crawford and one on a throw from Ryan Dent of the Red Sox at third base.

Stephen Harrold earned his first hold of the fall, hurling one scoreless inning and striking out two batters. Since giving up two runs on opening day October 5, Harrold has been lights out -- giving up just one more run in 10 appearances. Over that 10-game span, Harrold is 3-0 with a 0.64 ERA while walking only four batters and striking out 14. His overall ERA of 1.88 is good for seventh best in the AFL.
