ARIZONA FALL LEAGUE - Scottsdale 3, Salt River 4

No Giants players saw action in Saturday's loss for the Scorps. Russell, Rafters rally past Scorpions


Brandon Belt hit cleanup and played first base for the Leones del Escogido on Saturday, going 1-for-4 with a run scored, an RBI and a strikeout. Belt's average after 11 appearances is .293 (11-for-37).

Francisco Peguero again hit ninth in the order and played center field for the Gigantes del Cibao. The 23-year-old went 0-for-3, lowering his average to .245 (12-for-49).


Tyler Graham went 1-for-4 with a triple and a run scored for the Tomateros de Culiacan on Saturday. The Tomateros' leadoff hitter and center fielder is hitting .243 (17-for-70) in 16 games.


Neither Hector Sanchez nor Ehire Adrianza saw action for the Tiburones de La Guaira on Saturday.
